Thin Crust Gluten Free Sourdough Pizza
This recipe makes the perfect crispy sourdough pizza base, actually it makes two!

Ingredients
180
g
Gluten free bread flour
I like to use brown
1/4
tsp
Yeast
Optional

cups
Sourdough starter

tsp
Sugar
I use coconut sugar

tsp
Salt
I use Himalayan

Egg
1
tbsp
Olive oil
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients into a large bowl
Cover and rest for 3 hours (in the fridge)
Preheat the oven to 180'C
Split the dough into two (either use both or freeze one for later)
Roll out onto a lightly floured baking sheet covered in baking paper
Spread on a tomato based pizza sauce (check out my sweet potato pizza sauce recipe, link below)
Add your favourite toppings
Bake for around 20 minutes until the cheese starts to bubble

Notes
If your toppings contain a lot of water such as mushrooms or tomatoes you may need to drain the liquid off half way through cooking.
